Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an IT Support Executive. The IT Support Executive will handle day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and updating computer systems, managing network configurations, and providing technical support to team members. The role also involves ensuring system security, coordinating with external vendors, and implementing IT policies effectively to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in IT support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Proficiency in network management and system administration
  • Experience with implementing IT policies and ensuring IT security
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or network management (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
