Customer Service Manager / Customer Success Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service / Success Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure an excellent experience for our enrolled learners after they join the course.

Your key duties include:

  • Handling learner queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat.
  • Assisting students with login issues, course access, or progress-related guidance.
  • Maintaining regular communication to ensure learners are satisfied and supported throughout their journey.
  • Performing basic backend and portal updates, and handling stationery or documentation tasks when required.
  • Providing polite, professional, and efficient communication at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Were looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
  • Is patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented when dealing with customers.
  • Has a basic understanding of computers, WhatsApp Web, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Can manage multiple learners and ensure their satisfaction with timely responses.
  • Is self-motivated, organized, and has a positive attitude toward helping others.
  • Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
