Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service / Success Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure an excellent experience for our enrolled learners after they join the course.
Your key duties include:
- Handling learner queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat.
- Assisting students with login issues, course access, or progress-related guidance.
- Maintaining regular communication to ensure learners are satisfied and supported throughout their journey.
- Performing basic backend and portal updates, and handling stationery or documentation tasks when required.
- Providing polite, professional, and efficient communication at all times.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Were looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
- Is patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented when dealing with customers.
- Has a basic understanding of computers, WhatsApp Web, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Can manage multiple learners and ensure their satisfaction with timely responses.
- Is self-motivated, organized, and has a positive attitude toward helping others.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
