Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
● Interact with users via chat, email, and phone to resolve product-related queries
and issues.
● Master all features of our invoicing and payments software to provide accurate
and efficient support.
● Create and maintain support documents, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for
user reference.
● Collaborate with the product team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
● Ensure timely and effective communication with users to enhance their product
experience.
● Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related role.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi
for verbal communication.
● Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
● Proficient in typing and comfortable handling phone calls.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
