Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with 1-4 years of email support experience to join our hospitality SaaS team. The ideal candidate will deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality support, ensuring clients achieve success while meeting defined SLAs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and technical issues via email with professionalism and speed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems, escalating complex cases when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and provide clear product guidance
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance client experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics and SLAs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–4 years in customer or technical support, preferably in SaaS; hospitality experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies is a plus
  • Must be willing to work permanent night shifts, rotation shifts, and holidays
