Role Description

The Firewall Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the troubleshooting and maintenance of firewall systems, ensuring their smooth operation. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving firewall-related issues, offering technical and customer support, and maintaining updated knowledge of operating systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
  • Experience in providing technical support and assistance to clients
  • Strong skills in customer support and customer service
  • Knowledge of operating systems and their integration with firewall solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Professional certifications in firewall technologies or network security are an advantage
