Hiring : Hardware and Networking Engineer

We are looking for a Hardware and Networking Engineer with experience in managing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will handle system installations, troubleshooting, network setup, and ensure smooth connectivity and data security across the organization.

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues promptly.

Configure and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance and minimize downtime.

Implement IT security protocols and perform system updates and backups.

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end-users.

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, subnetting.

Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Knowledge of firewall configuration, VPNs, and security protocols.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Education: Diploma / BE / BTech / BSc in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Salary: As per industry standards
