Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Junior
Technical Support Engineer
with strong knowledge of both
Frontend and Backend technologies
and a solid understanding of
MongoDB (including advanced concepts)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing product support, and collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to web applications and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot both
    frontend
    (UI/UX, React, Angular, etc.) and
    backend
    , Express, etc.) related problems.
  • Analyze and resolve
    database-related issues
    , especially in
    MongoDB
    (queries, aggregation pipelines, indexing, performance tuning).
  • Collaborate with developers to identify bugs, suggest improvements, and support deployments.
  • Maintain technical documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
  • Ensure quick response times and effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of
    Frontend , Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
    and
    Backend , )
    frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    MongoDB
    , including
    advanced concepts
    like indexing, schema design, and aggregation.
  • Experience with
    API debugging

  • Good understanding of
    RESTful services
    and web architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple technical issues simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an IT support or software troubleshooting role.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
