Job Summary

The EPC Head will lead Engineering, Procurement, and Construction operations for solar projects across India. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects (rooftop & utility-scale).
  • Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee design, engineering, and technical approvals.
  • Drive procurement strategy and vendor negotiations.
  • Manage site execution, installation, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.
  • Build, guide, and manage EPC teams and contractors.
  • Report project progress and highlight risks to management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical expertise in solar PV EPC projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects within cost & timelines.
  • Excellent vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in EPC project management, with a proven track record in solar.
  • Experience in both rooftop and utility-scale solar projects is preferred
