Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and clear documentation and content for our products, services, and internal knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily digestible content for a variety of audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation
: Write and maintain a variety of technical documentation, including user manuals, help guides, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Technical Writing
: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise content.

Content Editing
: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style guides.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with development teams, quality assurance teams, and customer support to gather insights and create relevant content.

Content Updates
: Continuously update existing documentation based on product changes, new releases, and customer feedback.

SEO Optimization
: Ensure content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and user engagement.

Technical Testing
: Collaborate with the technical team to test product features and write troubleshooting guides and release notes.

Quality Assurance
: Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and maintains accuracy and clarity.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience (1+ years) as a Technical Content Writer, Technical Writer, or similar role.

Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and technical terminology.

Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

Experience with tools like Markdown, GitHub, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), technical writing standards, and best practices.

Ability to write for different types of audiences, ranging from developers to end-users.

Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience writing content for SaaS products or software applications.

Familiarity with Agile development practices and collaboration tools such as Jira or Trello.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, etc.

Experience in SEO best practices and content marketing.

Ability to create and edit multimedia content such as videos or diagrams is a plus.
