About the Company:
Shriang Automation and Controls is an MSME engaged in the manufacturing of Electrical Control Panels and trading of Instrumentation Products. We specialize in providing reliable, efficient, and customized automation and control solutions to meet industrial requirements.
Job Purpose:
To generate sales and develop new business opportunities for electrical panels and related automation products by identifying prospects, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (OEMs, Industries, Contractors, Consultants, etc.).
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Visit customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and production team for technical feasibility and order execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events to promote company products.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales activities in CRM or Excel reports.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of Electrical Control Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, Automation Panels, etc.).
- Understanding of automation systems, VFDs, PLCs, and instrumentation preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated with good presentation skills.
