Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Sales Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, strengthening client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities within the biotechnology and agriculture sectors. The role includes managing customer accounts and presenting tailored solutions, staying up to date with industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, customer engagement, and closing deals
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to build trusted client relationships
  • Knowledge of biotechnology, aquaculture, poultry, and livestock health solutions is an advantage
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to create strategic sales plans
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
  • A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and adapting to market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role is preferred
