We Are Hiring – Senior Executive / Executive (Customer Outreach & Relationship Development)

Location: Surat Diamond Bourse, Surat, Gujarat

Position: Female candidates only

Department: Global Pre-Sales (Customer Outreach & Relationship Development)

Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound communication & build client relationships across US/EU regions

Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for tailored solutions

Manage pre-sales activities (requirement gathering, product introductions, sampling, onboarding)

Maintain accurate CRM records & follow-ups

Act as a bridge between clients & internal departments for smooth communication

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce/Arts/Business Administration (Postgraduates welcome)

1–3 years in international client engagement / presales / business development (Freshers with excellent English can also apply)

Excellent English (spoken & written) with neutral accent

CRM & MS Office proficiency

Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US/EU hours)

Female candidates only

Immediate/Early Joiners (within 15 days preferred)
