Customer Tech Support

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Tech Support Representative with a strong background in biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related medical science field. This individual will play a key role in assisting our customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and solutions, ensuring a seamless experience with our cutting-edge medical diagnostic products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site interactions.
Address customer inquiries about product functionality and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
Document customer queries, resolutions, and feedback systematically.
Conduct training sessions or product demonstrations for customers as needed.
Assist in developing and updating user manuals and FAQs.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to product designs or processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field. Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Bioinformatics, or B.Sc. IT (Preferred).
Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Understanding of Gujarati preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Available On-site. [IT Park, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat] Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and learning mindset.
