Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can manage customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth support experience. The candidate must have strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Log issues and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Follow up with customers until issue closure
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication
- Meet daily/weekly support targets
Requirements:
- Fresher to 2 years of experience
- Good English communication (written & verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email drafting)
- Problem-solving attitude and patience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
