What are the Responsibilities of this Role?
- Identify, map & profile key stakeholders & decision makers in the assigned accounts to implement tactics
- Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing account
- Maintain excellent relationship with customers by understanding their needs and provide solutions
- Develop Key Account Management plan & territory business plan in line with business unit's goals
- Meet & exceed sales target by implementation of key account strategies and promoting Gene Solutions portfolio
- Responsible for sales planning, forecasting & driving sales tactics
- Develop sales activities in line with developed business plan
- Work cross functionally with Medical, Marketing & Operations to support plan and implementation of solutions.
We would love to hear from You if You have:
- Bachelors Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Lifescience, Biotechnology or related studies.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, Key account management experience is preferred.
- Prior experience of
Oncology Dx or NIPT
is must - Desired skills: Excellent communication skills, possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking & problem based solving skills.
- Have strong understanding of market trends
- Strong customer relationship building skills
