Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager (Client Servicing - Agency) located in New Delhi. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves analyzing client needs, planning account strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the agency and key clients.
  • Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Build long-term relationships and foster client trust and loyalty.

II. Account Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and develop communication strategies accordingly.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans and ensure alignment with brand goals.

III. Project Management:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

IV. Business Growth & Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts by offering additional agency services.
  • Lead pitch presentations and proposals for new projects or campaigns.

V. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Use insights and data to improve campaign effectiveness and recommend future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management within a creative, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
