Job Description:

A detail-oriented and target-driven Sales Manager with over 4+ years of progressive experience in handling Modern Trade operations across Karnataka. Currently managing key modern trade accounts such as D-Mart, Metro C&C, Reliance Smart, and Star Bazaar. Proven expertise in driving sales, managing distributors, and ensuring range availability across stores while maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling Modern Trade operations across Karnataka with a focus on key accounts like D-Mart, Metro C&C, Reliance Smart, Star Bazaar, etc.

Manage and coordinate Store POs and ensure alignment with Centralized Purchase Orders issued by Regional Office (RO).

Lead and motivate a team of sales personnel to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Ensure range availability and execution of promotional plans across all modern trade outlets.

Monitor product supply from C&F (Carrying & Forwarding agents) to key customers and from Distributors to Stores, ensuring smooth replenishment and stock rotation.

Track and maintain Primary Sales, Stock Levels, and Distributor Performance in alignment with company objectives.

Address operational issues related to supply chain, stock-outs, or delivery discrepancies by working closely with internal stakeholders and trade partners.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support effective decision-making and improve trade execution.
