Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Officer will focus on driving product sales, developing relationships with retailers, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, promoting company brands, presenting products to clients, negotiating deals, preparing sales reports, and gathering market insights to enhance our competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability in sales strategies, client communication, and negotiating profitable deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing retailer or client portfolios and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Competent in market research, analyzing trends, and identifying growth opportunities within the FMCG sector.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey product value effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, documentation, and report preparation skills to meet sales objectives accurately.
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in FMCG sales is an advantage.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
