We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketer to promote our institution's educational programs and offerings directly to potential customers through face-to-face interactions, events, and other field-based marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to drive brand awareness and sales in a target region.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach: Represent the institution at schools, career fairs, events, and community gatherings to promote programs and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective students by engaging with parents, students, and community leaders and collect inquiries for follow-up by the admissions team.
- Program Promotion: Clearly communicate the institution's vision, courses, benefits, and unique selling points to potential stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Organize and participate in open houses, campus tours, roadshows, and informational sessions.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, and local organizations to create a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Market Insights: Gather feedback from the field about competitors, student needs, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report the outcomes of campaigns, events, and lead generation activities to the marketing/admissions team.
Requirements
Education: Any degree
Experience:
- Prior experience in field marketing, education counseling, or admissions is a plus.(preferred )
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences, including students, parents, and community leaders.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities.
