Job Overview:
Infinity Learning Lab is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our outreach and marketing initiatives in the education sector. The role focuses on promoting AI & Robotics learning programs across schools and institutions, building strong partnerships, and driving admissions for our STEM-based courses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct school visits and presentations to introduce AI, Robotics & Coding syllabus integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, educators, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and admission drives to increase enrollments.
- Identify potential institutional collaborations and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the institute at events, exhibitions, and education fairs.
- Work closely with the academic and management teams to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Prepare and maintain reports on visits, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in educational or institutional marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for school campaigns and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing will be an added advantage.
