Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

Role - Sales & marketing (Manager) Market - India & Middle East

Essentials: Smartphone, Laptop & Internet

Educational Qualifications: Plus two , Bachelors Degree (in any field) or above.

Age Criteria: Minimum 20 years and up to 35 years.

Overall Work Experience: Minimum 3 years and maximum 15 years.

Sales & Marketing Experience: At least 2 years and up to 15 years.

Additional Info: Willingness to make outbound/cold calls - Mandatory

Communication Skills / Written skills - Mandatory

Digital/Social Media Marketing preferred but is not a must.

Job Type: Full-time .

Compensation: INR 35000 TO 50,000+ Per Month plus Commission on sales achieved.

Probation Period: 2 months.

Working Hours: based on the targeted market

office timing : (Since 3G MASDA is an event-oriented organization, Saturdays, Sundays, and other public holidays are key for business events to generate leads and close deals. Weekly holidays and compensatory holidays will be given alternative days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
