Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated
Lead Generator / Telecaller
to proactively connect with architects, designers, developers, and project stakeholders to generate qualified leads for our design support services. The ideal candidate will be confident in telecalling, have excellent communication skills, and be able to identify opportunities where Utec Edge can add value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients (architects, developers, contractors, design firms).
  • Introduce Utec Edge's services and explain value propositions (2D/3D renders, GFCs, walkthroughs, BOQs).
  • Generate and qualify leads, maintaining an updated database of prospects.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team.
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture leads.
  • Track daily calling activity and maintain CRM records.
  • Support marketing campaigns by connecting with event/webinar participants and other lead sources.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and qualified leads.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Design background preferred).
  • 1–3 years' experience in telecalling, inside sales, or client outreach (preferably in B2B services).
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to confidently speak to senior professionals (architects, developers, project managers).
  • Familiarity with the architecture/design/construction industry is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling).
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
