About Us

Our brand Maiva is a rapidly growing premium plant-based nutrition brand, offering protein powders, protein drinks, and health supplements across India. Our products are trusted by fitness professionals, wellness experts, and beauty industry leaders. We are now expanding our on-ground sales network and looking for a driven, well-connected Business Development Executive to help us grow in the fitness, nutrition, and wellness space.

Role Overview

This is a field sales & business development role, ideal for someone with an existing network in gyms, dermatology clinics, nutrition & dietician practices, and wellness centers.

You will be responsible for product promotion, relationship management, sales target achievement, and partner training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to dermatologists, nutritionists, dieticians, gym trainers, gyms, beauty salons, and wellness professionals to promote our protein powders, protein shakes, and nutritional products.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a strong professional network to generate consistent referrals and recommendations.
  • Manage and track incentive programs for the entire partner network to drive loyalty and higher sales.
  • Train partners on product benefits, usage, and effective sales communication to ensure accurate messaging to their clients.
  • Identify and onboard new gyms, clinics, salons, and wellness professionals into the network.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitor products and pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective field sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in sales of supplements, cosmetics, FMCG, gym/fitness products, or health & wellness brands.
  • Existing network of gyms, dermatologists, nutritionists, dieticians in your city/region.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently in a field sales environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.

Preferred Background:

  • Sales experience in health supplements, sports nutrition, skincare products, personal care, or premium FMCG.
  • Familiarity with protein powders, shakes, vitamins, or nutritional supplements.
