Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for our SaaS-based solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution mapping.
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored SaaS offerings that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline status in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling SaaS products or subscription-based technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales metrics, and customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
