Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals. The executive will also be involved in crafting business strategies, conducting market research, and preparing presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Work demands extensive field work
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Good to have
- Experience in beauty or wellness industry is a plus
Salary
- 20K + travel allowance + incentives + bonus
- For capable, lots of room for negotiation.
