Manager /Sr. Manager-Corporate Sales (Liability Insurance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective corporate clients for liability insurance products (e.g., Public Liability, Product Liability, D&O, E&O, Cyber Liability, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and design tailored liability insurance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, and claims support.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Support the team in cross-selling and upselling other general insurance products.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 35 years in the Liability Insurance Product sales/service.
  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate. Professional certifications (e.g., III Licentiate/Fellowship) is an added advantages.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and client management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently.
