Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager – Corporate Insurance who has hands-on knowledge of general insurance products. The role involves client relationship management, policy structuring, and coordination with insurers to provide the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and design suitable corporate insurance solutions.
  • Develop, present, and explain insurance proposals to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Stay updated on new insurance products, regulatory changes, and market trends.
  • Support clients in policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations for management and client review.

Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline (specialization in insurance/finance preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in general insurance (corporate side).
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance products (Property, Liability, Marine, Group Health, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
  • Licentiate in Insurance (III) preferred.
