Job Title :- Manager/Sr. Manager - Leasing

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage lease abstraction, administration, and compliance for retail, commercial, corporate, mall management, land acquisition, and sale deeds.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee lease negotiations with tenants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to retain business and expand services offered.
  • Ensure timely execution of lease documents and maintain accurate records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Commercial Leasing (Retail Leasing), Corporate Leasing, Mall Management, Land Acquisition & Sale Deed.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution.
