Exotica is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales with a proven track record in commercial real estate project sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing high-value commercial transactions, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets in alignment with the company's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales process for commercial projects including office spaces, retail units, and showrooms.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, B2B connects, channel partners, and institutional investors.
  • Build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, IPCs, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for effective campaign execution and lead conversion.
  • Drive site visits, negotiations, deal closures, and ensure end-to-end client servicing.
  • Regularly report sales performance, forecasts, and updates to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate commercial sales
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics, leasing, and transactional structuring.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Existing network of channel partners and investor connections is a strong advantage.
