Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager / Sr. Manager to drive sales for Trump Tower Noida, Tribecas marquee luxury residential project. The role requires strong capabilities in business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end deal closures, with a focus on building trust and delivering a premium customer experience in the Noida market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Build and expand the channel partner and broker ecosystem across Delhi-NCR.
- Generate qualified leads through direct client engagement, HNI/UHNI networks, and corporate connects.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies targeting luxury buyers, NRIs, and investors.
2. Sales & Closures
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, site visits at Trump Tower Noida, negotiations, deal structuring, and closures.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations and project walkthroughs, ensuring a premium experience for prospective clients.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional pre-sales and post-sales client support to enhance satisfaction and generate referrals.
4. Market Insights & Strategy
- Track competitor offerings, pricing, and luxury real estate market trends in Noida.
- Provide on-ground insights to marketing and sales leadership to refine positioning and campaigns.
- Leverage intelligence to strengthen Trump Towers market leadership in luxury residential real estate.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 6 -10 years in luxury residential real estate sales with a proven track record of closures.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong broker/channel partner network in Delhi-NCR (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage high-value transactions and interact seamlessly with HNI/UHNI clientele.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
