Role Overview:

Location- NOIDA

CTC Lacs including 10% variable

Manager/Sr. Manager -Legal -Male Candidates

  • The person should have extensively worked on commercial contracts and carry about years of legal work experience.

The candidate should have a problem-solving approach and should be able to efficiently connect with business and other functional team members to receive needed information and support for closure of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on the Companys: i) Commercial contracting requirements (70% weightage) and ii) support on litigation matters and interface with police agencies as required(30% weightage).

Required Qualifications:

i) LL.B from reputed academic institutions.

ii) The person should be a seasoned resource from corporate legal background and should have worked on contracts in regulated industries such as bank, insurance company, NBFC etc.

iii) Some work on police related matters, handling complaints will be an advantage.
