Legal Recruiter
with 1–3 years of US staffing experience, preferably from a
law background
. If you've worked with
direct clients or MSPs
and are passionate about connecting top legal talent with leading US firms.

Legal Recruiter
to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for legal and compliance-related roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placement.
  • Collaborate with direct clients or top MSPs to understand job requirements and deliver the best talent.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage client–candidate communication.
  • Negotiate compensation and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably from a Law background.
  • 1–3 years of
    US recruitment experience
    , ideally in the
    legal domain
    .
  • Experience working with
    direct clients or MSPs
    .
  • Strong understanding of US hiring models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, job boards, and ATS tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
