Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, building talent pools, and maintaining a streamlined recruitment workflow. The Recruiter will also play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience and fulfilling the organization's staffing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles
  • 1-2 yrs experience only
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to manage recruitment pipelines
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment within legal or service-oriented industries is a plus
