Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our hospitality clients. Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, developing recruitment strategies, building a talent pipeline, and conducting interviews. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the best candidates are matched with their requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and Recruitment Processes
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in Interviewing, Candidate Evaluation, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry and its staffing requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR, especially in the hospitality sector, is a plus
