Role Description

The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for non-IT positions and be proficient in using job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT environment.
  • Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
