Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and proactive
Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across diverse industries.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and directly impact hiring outcomes for our international clients (primarily U.S. and Canada).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers/clients to understand detailed job requirements.
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: screening, scheduling, interviews, feedback, and offer closure.
  • Recruit for a mix of
    IT (Developers, Engineers, Analysts)
    and
    Non-IT (Sales, Manufacturing, Legal, Aviation, etc.)
    roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in internal tracking systems (ATS or Excel).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with clients on interview logistics, candidate updates, and hiring feedback.
  • Stay up to date with hiring trends, emerging roles, and talent market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    1–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT + Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools:
    LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles at once and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of hiring compliance and documentation processes.
  • Experience working with US or global clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream); HR specialization preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Workable, etc.)
    .
  • Experience in
    recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)
    or agency environment.
