Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of W2 hiring and experience working in the MSP/VMS model. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in non-IT roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit W2 candidates for Non-IT roles in the US market.
  • Work on VMS/MSP-based hiring and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and other sourcing methods to identify candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate salaries and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS).
  • Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality talent.
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-4 years in US Staffing (Non-IT recruitment) with W2 hiring.
  • Knowledge of MSP/VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, or other VMS platforms is preferred.
  • Strong experience in US job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
  • Excellent understanding of US work authorization types
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must be comfortable with US Night Shift.
