Assistant Manager-Legal

We are seeking a knowledgeable Assistant Manager-Legal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling real estate legal matters, disputes, and litigation. This role involves assisting in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, maintaining legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
v Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate and construction projects.
v BBA drafting, reply to various communications, drafting lease and agreement.
v Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, development, and construction matters.
v Handle disputes and litigation related to real estate and construction.
v Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
v Conduct due diligence and manage transaction documentation for property acquisitions.
v Stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends affecting real estate practices.
v Conducting title searches to verify property ownership.
v Preparing lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties.
v Facilitating closings and ensuring proper documentation.
v Basic knowledge of UP Apartment Act,2010 and UP RERA Act,2016.
Skills and Qualification
v Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
v 6+ years of relevant experience.
v Candidate must have 5 years of experience in Law Firm.
v Strong understanding of real estate transactions, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
v Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
v Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
v In-depth understanding of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, and local real estate regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70, ₹75,000.00 per month
