Primary Responsibility-

  1. RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Proposal Note, Client management, Due Diligence questionnaire
  2. Solution Design as per the Client requirements
  3. Timely submission of Proposal/RFP and responding to Client queries
  4. Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
  5. Co-ordination with Senior Management and other Stakeholders for Client Presentation and Demo
  6. Knowledge of HR process and HRMS.
  7. Proactively liaise with clients and engage with internal stakeholders as required to develop positive working relationship with key contacts
  8. Manage end- to end client closure post business award from clients
  9. Co-ordination with IT team on risk and Information security client questionnaire, Legal team for Client Contracts
  10. Observe strict confidentiality all the time.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Strong understanding of HRO business, HRMS/HCM.
  2. Ability to convert business specifications into visually appealing proposals / presentations
  3. Excellent written and Oral communication skills
  4. Strong expertise in tools such as Google slides/ Doc, Microsoft PPT / Word and other workflow design tools.
  5. Multitasker and ability to work under stringent timelines
  6. Approach challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude.
  7. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive mentality and ability to perform well under pressure.
  8. Strong facilitation and co-ordination skills
  9. Able to manage and deal with ambiguity
