
Presales Executive

Primary Responsibility-
- RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Proposal Note, Client management, Due Diligence questionnaire
- Solution Design as per the Client requirements
- Timely submission of Proposal/RFP and responding to Client queries
- Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
- Co-ordination with Senior Management and other Stakeholders for Client Presentation and Demo
- Knowledge of HR process and HRMS.
- Proactively liaise with clients and engage with internal stakeholders as required to develop positive working relationship with key contacts
- Manage end- to end client closure post business award from clients
- Co-ordination with IT team on risk and Information security client questionnaire, Legal team for Client Contracts
- Observe strict confidentiality all the time.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of HRO business, HRMS/HCM.
- Ability to convert business specifications into visually appealing proposals / presentations
- Excellent written and Oral communication skills
- Strong expertise in tools such as Google slides/ Doc, Microsoft PPT / Word and other workflow design tools.
- Multitasker and ability to work under stringent timelines
- Approach challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive mentality and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong facilitation and co-ordination skills
- Able to manage and deal with ambiguity
