Job Description
Position - Pre Sales Executive - Real State
Location-Andheri West (Lower Oshiwara)
Experience-Minimum 1 Year in Real State as Presales Executive , Tele sales , Tele caller
Qualification -Any Graduate (HSC With Relevant Experience)
Responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and reports in an organization
Responsibilities:
Respond and divert online customer queries to the toll-free number
Ensure follow-up and track customer status with retail sales manager
Schedule client visits to respective site
Accurately transfer every lead to respective sales manager
Attend property exhibitions and trade fairs as required
Build good rapport with prospective and existing clients
Maintain relationship with team members and site staff
Prepare and submit weekly MIS on online client support and report
Generate and update CRM report
