Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve revenue targets for the Pre-Sales vertical.
  • Manage outsourced call centre partners to ensure delivery of business goals.
  • Prepare manpower and capacity plans for pre-sales teams across project launches and ongoing sales.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Review pre-sales operations and recommend strategies to enhance process efficiency and conversion.
  • Develop alternate lead generation channels to boost the business pipeline.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interaction through data analysis, feedback, and regular team training.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on lead flow and performance metrics.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage outsourced teams and drive results under pressure.
  • Experience in lead management, telecalling supervision, or presales operations (preferably in real estate).

Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years in Presales / Lead Management / Call Center Operations.

Education:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
