Senior Presales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve revenue targets for the Pre-Sales vertical.
- Manage outsourced call centre partners to ensure delivery of business goals.
- Prepare manpower and capacity plans for pre-sales teams across project launches and ongoing sales.
- Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Review pre-sales operations and recommend strategies to enhance process efficiency and conversion.
- Develop alternate lead generation channels to boost the business pipeline.
- Ensure high-quality customer interaction through data analysis, feedback, and regular team training.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on lead flow and performance metrics.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage outsourced teams and drive results under pressure.
- Experience in lead management, telecalling supervision, or presales operations (preferably in real estate).
Experience:
- 3 to 7 years in Presales / Lead Management / Call Center Operations.
Education:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
