Regional Sales Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Regional Head to contribute to our company's sales objectives. Positions responsibilities include supervising the sales team within the region and building a long-term client relationship. As a Regional Head, he/she should use self creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth in the respective Region. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, he/she should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Determines annual sales top line and achieving targets by implementing sales strategies; analysing market trends, upcoming opportunities.
· Order Booking in Solar Industry for Solar PV Modules and Products.
· Business Development in respective Regional.
· New Strategic Tie ups in Solar Market for supply of PV Modules.
· Monitor progress of the clients.
Team building for sales function.
Job Description:
· Develop and implement effective sales channel.
· Study regional market and develop and implement effective sales strategy.
· Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales targets.
· Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
· Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the region.
· Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
· Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
· Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Qualifications
· Any Bachelor's or Master's in degree in Engineering or MBA - Sales
