Sales HOD Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing, self-driven, and go-getter Sales Head to lead our multi-location sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong team management skills, complete ownership mindset, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth with strategic planning and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a large, high-performance sales team across regions.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Build strong customer, dealer, and partner relationships to expand market presence.

Track sales performance, review pipelines, improve conversions, and ensure profitability.

Analyse market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

Ensure discipline, accountability, and result-oriented culture across the sales team.

Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership for business growth.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in sales with at least 4–5 years in a managerial/head role.

Proven track record of driving revenue targets and managing large teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

Self-driven, go-getter attitude with strong ownership and leadership qualities.

Open to extensive travel and working in a target-driven environment.
