Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic, growth-driven, and high-performing Head of Sales to lead our global revenue strategy in the B2B SaaS and data intelligence domain. You will be responsible for managing enterprise client relationships, driving lead generation, building a high-performance sales team, and scaling our presence across international markets.

This role is critical to shaping the go-to-market (GTM) execution and expanding our footprint in the global trade, compliance, sanctions, and funding data space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global sale and GTM strategy tailored to B2B SaaS and data intelligence platforms.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing international sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and training.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle  from lead generation to deal closure — with a focus on large enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and key decision-makers across regions.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion to boost revenue per client.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success to align messaging, product-market fit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage growth hacking and digital sales tactics to optimize conversion rates and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, CRM dashboards, and pipeline health to ensure target achievement.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to refine strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead regular sales training, enablement sessions, and product briefings to ensure team readiness and agility.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, data platforms, or IT solutions.
  • International sales experience is a must, with a track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, value-based sales, and long-term account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and ability to operate independently in high-growth environments.
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
  • Master's degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institution preferred; MBA is a plus.
