We're looking for an energetic Partnership Managers to drive school/college outreach and community engagement for lead generation.

What you'll do:


• Visit schools, colleges, and communities to run awareness sessions and events


• Build strong relationships with principals, faculty, and local partners


• Collect and update student data in CRM


• Drive leads through referrals, events, and local promotions


• Support sales teams by ensuring quality leads and walk-ins


• Plan daily routes and submit regular activity reports

Who you are:


• Graduate with 0–3 years of field marketing/BTL experience


• Great communicator in English & Malayalam


• Comfortable with travel and target-based work



Familiar with CRM, Excel, and Google Workspace
