B2B Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong business relationships, and promote our products/services to corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and experience in closing B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales pitches to potential corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and weekly reports.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT, services, or product-based industry).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
