We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead a team of front-line sales representatives in promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales head to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Direct Sales to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers based on their needs and requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory changes relevant to the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B/B2C sales role, preferably in [insert industry].
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
