Premier Energies, a leader in clean energy solutions, is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead and enhance training initiatives at our solar manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Drive the development and execution of organizational strategies across performance management, career development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement a people strategy that fosters a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead the design and execution of frameworks for KRAs, training and development, performance evaluations, retention strategies, staffing, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the performance management system, ensuring timely goal setting, feedback, and appraisals—with a strong emphasis on potential assessments.

Policy & Compliance Oversight

  • Review, redesign, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards, maintaining full compliance across statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

  • Address grievances and manage disciplinary actions when necessary, promoting a conflict-free and efficient work environment.
  • Provide ongoing support to business managers on people-related matters, including grievance redressal and employee engagement.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Execute month-end payroll processes and prepare statutory reports and challans.
  • Ensure 100% compliance in all establishment, employee, and contract labor-related statutory matters.

Rewards & Recognition

  • Design and implement reward systems that recognize and reinforce employee performance and contributions.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and develop annual in-house learning programs to support employee growth and capability building.
