Progressive Canines is dedicated to providing top-notch boarding, training, and grooming services for pets. We specialize in the training and supply of Protection Dogs and Substance Detection dogs. In addition, we offer training programs for prospective trainers in Basic Obedience and Protection Dog Sports. Our goal is to serve our canine clients and their human companions with the highest quality care and service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a supportive work environment. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
  • Performance Management, Training and Development experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the pet care or related industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

:


• Recruitment & onboarding of staff (handlers, groomers, support team)


• Attendance, shift planning, and daily staff coordination


• Resolve staff issues, monitor discipline, and maintain team morale


• Manage accommodation, ID proofs, and staff documentation


• Report to management with updates on HR/admin matters


• Support overall admin activities like stock, visitors, and schedules
