Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing employee records, and supporting staff with HR-related issues. The HR Manager will also handle employee engagement programs and ensure a positive workplace culture.

  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
